Ofsted
Throughout the school, staff want the best for pupils and show them care and consideration. Pupils know this, and trust that adults will keep them safe
Pupils learn to show compassion and understanding for others, and they understand the importance of celebrating differences
Staff have high expectations of pupils’ behaviour, and pupils typically display good behaviour
Following our most recent ungraded inspection, the inspector felt that aspects of the school’s work may not be as strong as at the time of the previous inspection. This means that our next inspection with be a full, graded inspection.
Schools are constantly evolving and school improvement is a constant cycle. Every year we identify areas we would like to improve and implement measures to achieve it. We were honest with the inspectors about our areas for development and these formed most of the basis for her report. We don't dispute the report, it just came at the point in the cycle when actions have not sufficiently addressed the issues. I am confident that when Ofsted come back again, they will see a strong improvement against all the actions they have provided us.
